Zone1 Will SCOTUS overturn VA gerrymandering to create Dem districts?

Will the SCOTUS overturn Spanberger’s gerrymandering?

  • Yes

    Votes: 5 50.0%
  • No

    Votes: 5 50.0%

  • Total voters
    10
The issue is: it’s to be decided by the voters of the state. DID Virginia voters get their true say since the question was misleading and confusing, intended to solicit a “yes”?

Given how close the result was, is it correct to say that disenfranchising goal of the Dems would have succeeded if voters understood the question?
The state is not responsible for lack of understanding as concerns the public.

If we have a dumb electorate, and people who literally get Phd's in how to manipulate it..the result is going to be be less than optimal.

The people rarely, if ever, get their 'true say' in.

Are you retards retarded? NC and Texas don’t ring a fcking bell?

The Dems DELIBERATELY deceived by claiming a “yes” vote “restores fairness” when it was the opposite - a “yes” vote disenfranchised half the voters.

GASP!
A political campaign misrepresented the truth in order to favor their issue--color me shocked!

I wish they could.

But I don't believe they can.

I really don't want them in the middle of 50 ongoing arguments about redistricting.

Virginia Republicans will need to work harder to get rid of scum like their governor.

Spanberger, the radical leftist now serving as governor of VA, spearheaded a campaign to gerrymander her way into ALL districts, sans one, being held by a Democrat, and thus turning a purple state into a deep blue one. (Previously, it was Dem 6 and Republican 5; now it will be Dem 10 and Rep 1.)

The problem, of course, is that nearly half (45%) of Virginians are Republican and now will have nobody (except one) to represent their interests in Congress.

The issue is that the question was framed in a very misleading way, obscuring the objective and confusing voters. It was phrased as “vote yes to restore fairness” when in fact a yes vote very unfairly eliminated all but one of the Republican districts.

I have for many years commented that the Democrats along with the press are masters of wordsmithing. This means they change the facts by using a false word, such as fairness.
When I lived in CA, for most of my life, they did the same thing.

When Trump is willing to approve the save act, that means something legitimate.

This is why Americans have no faith in our political system. It is only a power grab which only benefits one political party and does nothing to improve the lives of the people they represent. I think its time for SCOTUS to end this charade.

You mean you are being beaten at your own game and you don't like it?

It literally disenfranchises republicans and is race based. It dies in the courts
Scotus was saying that gerrymandering along political lines are beyond their scope and ability ton....
But gerrymandering along Racial lines are not.

Robert "The Pope" Prevost is entitled to espouse socialism all he likes. But it has nothing to do with any teaching of Jesus.
