The reaction to the VA Supreme Court and the SCOTUS decision doing away with racial gerrymandering has been highly amusing.
From the left it’s been end of the universe kind of thing complete with raining cats and dogs, black people being made slaves and losing their right to vote and Kamala Harris cheerleading for a tear down of the US Constitution.

Can’t win by the law so burn the place down.
And it’s racism all around. The VA Supreme Court swatted down the unconstitutional redistricting pushed by the lying dirty dog CIA spook Abigail Spanberger. This is what Spanberger’s new district map would have looked like.

That’s terribly tortured, but remember Spanberger was CIA, and they know torture.
Of course, that was racist, but this wasn’t:

Steve Cohen, an old white Jewish guy, has represented that district since 2007. After the redistricting Cohen is to be replaced by this person.

And somehow that’s racist.
To buy into this, you have to believe “democrat” is a race.

Privilege.
They had the privilege – unconstitutional privilege- of having their own racially segregated district.
No more. No racial gerrymandering. Racially gerrymandered districts are the plantations of old.
Now democrat politicians have to compete for those votes on a level playing field, and that’s what pisses them off the most.
Ayanna Pressley captured this perfectly when she said
Some Republicans would rather Black Americans pick cotton than pick their Congressperson. They want politicians to decide who their voters are, instead of the voters determining who their Representatives are. We must use every tool available to defend the sacred right to vote.
Her right to vote is untouched. What she doesn’t have is the right to a specific outcome. She and the rest of her colleagues will have to settle for just being equal and not privileged.



Commentary:
Dems need to and will look back at how Obama got elected – twice.
He tried to appeal to all voters, promised much and gave little except lies.
But voters of all races believed him so he got the votes.
If Democrats can’t begin doing this they will be marginalized.
Black voters will be represented by people the majority chooses in their districts vote in.
As Presley blathers on about the people having the right to pick their representatives, she should recall how the DNC, not the popular vote, picked Hillary and Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. Then, when the donor class and leadership elite finally faced the fact that Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden’s stupidity and incompetence was irrefutably exposed, they picked Kamala… Kamala who has never won a Presidential primary vote in her life.
The Democrat party is destroying itself by going further and further left. Very few want what they are peddling, or more accurately, PUSHING. Their only hope now is more and more corruption and fraud.
