Why is it that people will support any war as long as their party's POTUS wants it? People should think of long term consequences. The other Arab countries won't like Iran getting destroyed, especially by Israel and the US. It could easily spark another wave of islamic terrorists looking for payback, and it would be so easy to make it happen on US soil. It will also push the Middle East closer to China. Then, does Iran and the entire region there really want another Shah? Things have changed since the 70's and a war with Iran could do much more damage than good. Moreover, it is no OK to call attacks on Iran "preemptive" and call the attack on Ukraine "unprovoked." Russia will be vindicated.
