Donald Trump has missed the filing date for his response to the BBC's Motion to Dismiss the case on the grounds that Trump won the election so he suffered no harm.

This means the judge can toss the case and award the Defendant's costs. The BBC intends to put Trump on trial for January 6th if this proceeds and has requested all of Trump's emails, correspondence and files pertaining to January 6th, in Discovery. They should speak to Jack Smith. He has those things, I think.
