Hell last only for as long as people like you continue to sin. For those who have the sense to repent, they rise from the dead and enter the kingdom of heaven while on earth. For those who don't destruction awaits at the end of their physical life. Hell on earth is the only warning some people will ever get that they are on the road that leads to permanent destruction. Many people who identify as muslim do so so they don't get their heads chopped off. Roman Catholicism uses threats of real and imaginary violence, burning in hell forever, to keep "the faithful" in line. Some Jewish sects shun people who don't conform, throwing them to the wolves so to speak, which is a subtle form of violence.

What I get, is that I know many, most, will reject God and Christ. And, I get, that those who are of God will find it difficult, if not impossible, to not believe. Those difficulties I leave to God.

My purpose is as a 'witness' for Christ and God. To give the Truth. Whether one believes or rejects, God is pleased with the witness.

(2 Cor. 2:14-16) "Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
