In her paper on race, racism and the law she argues that, similar to how Pepsi or Taylor Swift cannot have their names used without permission, cultural identities should not be profited from without consent.

I have a 1999 Grand jeep Cherokee LIMITED V8 made in AUSTRIA. As I have skin in the game I would just like to say to those who would take issue with the "Cherokee" part of it; a friend of mine was a Cherokee living in Darwin and he would tell such fragile simps to SOD OFF!!!

I am less polite.
