Brian Kolfage Still in Federal Prison

Brian Kolfage...the guy who wanted to build the wall using private money is actually still in federal prison for wire fraud. He and Bannon bilked money from investors/donators. He plead guilty of wire fraud and is actually still in the federal slammer.
Anyone else surprised Trump hasn’t pardoned him? I mean...Darryl Strawberry got pardoned; a decent outfielder/coke head with a long criminal history. Kolfage, at least, fought for the country before he started bilking investors.
Bizarre stuff man.
I’m thoroughly against any presidential pardon...don’t get me wrong. We need to remove that power from the presidency in my view. But hell, Trump’s pardoned 1700+ people... you couldn’t break the sharpie out for this guy?
