Trump’s ‘Alien Files’ Could Shatter Christian Beliefs, Churches Should Prepare For It, Claim Pastors

It disrupts the Christian interpretation of Genesis which is a distortion anyway. If one thinks its literal and Adam and Eve actually existed then youre dealing with a concrete narrow mind. It doesnt take much to upset them
You're JEWISH aren't you?
Are you an atheist or do you just not follow your own teachings?
You appear to be a Jew who got caught up in liberal academia and border on atheism. In any case you don't speak for Jews or Christians who believe the Scriptures.

Gods are not provable or disprovable.

There is a high probability that intelligent life exists, existed, or will exist elsewhere, but a high improbability of it visiting here. It would be far too much of a bother, with far too little recompense.
The claim is that the existence aliens "shatters" Christian beliefs. Im asking how.

How would the existence of aliens contradict the existence of Adam and Eve? The Bible doesnt say God created Adam and Eve and no other forms of life any where else in the universe does it?

It says God created Adam out of the earth. Adam means from the earth. It says God created all life. Genesis 1- 20-23,24,25,26 Let the earth bring forth living creatures" God made the beats the cattle and all that creep(paraphrase)

Again provide the verse.
Genesis 20-23,24,25,26
Genesis 1:20 marks the beginning of the fifth day of creation, where God commands the waters to teem with living creatures and birds to fly above the earth. This verse initiates the populating of the sea and sky, which were prepared on the second day. It highlights the creation of marine life and winged creatures.

This verse is part of the broader narrative (Genesis 1:20-23) where God creates sea creatures and birds, blessing them to be fruitful and multiply.

Yes and thats how I know what it means. I read it in Hebrew and was taught by the Rabbis who study the Torah for a living. Its an allegory and Adam and Eve are metaphors.
There is no original sin fall of man hell or a devil.
Im a staunch conservative not an atheist.

Ok so give me the verse in Genesis that taken literally tells us the age of the earth.
Why I never stated it and I dont see it mentioned anywhere. A literal interpretation assumes Humans are the only species in the universe.
