It's much more than that but I don't want to get into a flame war with people. Most blacks are different in every way than whites and other groups of people. it's why whites can live with Asians, middle-eastern people, Hispanics in peace without any problems.

Test scores are an individual measurement, so you don't to correct to compare different sized groups. Per capita is a scientific and mathematically correct way to compare different sized groups. It's a hadicapping system. I used to race sailboats and they had a handicapping system of seconds per mile to make racing different sized and performing boats fair. They set a baseline boat, then built a system of handicaps based upon real-world performance to even out the advantages of different designs. It worked well because it could be adjusted to different boats. Two identical boats from the same builder could have different handicaps based upon tiny differences like a smoother hull or better sails. If a boat constantly out or under performed its handicap they adjusted the handicap. Now if you wanted to compare AVERAGE SAT scores of different sized groups per capita would be the only way to get a mathematically correct comparison. People have explained this to you with examples over, over, over and over again. You simply refuse to accept it because it makes your constant refrain of white bad, black good impossible to support. We don't have a high crime problem, blacks do. That's why blacks are constantly invading our spaces in this country.

If you live in a city of 20,000 people, and 2,500 of those people are black, but they make up 45% of the violent crime, it's a stupid statement to say that whites are committing the most violent crime. You can say whites are committing the most crime because most of the people are white, but you can't say as a group they are. Simple calculations would reveal that blacks are committing the most crime; not in total, but as a group.
