Inside your head.
we have to major political parties in the US , and the populace is pretty much evenly split in the support both parties receive from voters ... since America was basically founded on the belief that all men are created equal with inalienable rights [the Declaration Of Independence ect ..] which political party is the biggest to those rights ? now many may say that both parties are a threat but the question is which is the biggest threat ? and many may point out that slavery existed at the founding of the US the question pertains to the present and future not the past ...

Both parties have proven they are a threat to liberty through the last century. They don't even try to legislate with the Constitution in mind they wait for judicial review to nullify or support even though there is a law that nullifies an unconstitutional law automatically.

It seems that the democrat party had the advantage of judicial review in the 20th century. FDR's KKK nominee to the Supreme Court, Hugo Black, justified FDR's notorious E.O. 9066 that authorized the the illegal incarceration of American citizens without due process. Black would go on in the late 40's to create the Separation of Church and State that didn't appear in the Constitution and violated the 1st Amendment. Later on liberal Supreme Court rulings would justify the murder of the unborn with a "privacy " concept that had no basis in the Constitution.

Democrat, obviously.

They are the ones issuing edicts on who gets to earn a living and who doesn't. They are the ones deciding what people can say and what they cannot. They are the ones telling us we do not have the right to assembly, or freedom of religion. They are the ones telling us the State owns our children, and that certain identities people have preclude them from job consideration. They force people to inject unproven substances into their body and send illegal aliens into the states against the people's will just because the governors of those states actually want people to have freedoms. They seek to prevent us from defending ourselves against their power by stripping us of our right to self defense, support criminality against innocent people at every turn, seek to circumvent the electoral process with the goal of establishing one party rule, force the hard working to support the wastrels who do not want to work, and micromanage our lives down to the absolute iota.

Honestly, folks, what is the Democrat party doing these days that ISN'T authoritarian and restrictive?

The Libertarian Party. Just look at their platform, it denies the Constitution in plain language.

They are both equal.
False. The Democratic Party leads In posing the biggest threat ot the Constitution and freedom in this nation.

If nothing else the Democratic Party currently is opposed to free speech and the right to bear arms. Freedom of speech is absolutely essential in a representative democracy and the freedom to bear arms is the guarantee that our nation will not willingly accept a dictator to rule or another nation to invade and take control of our nation.
