You cannot know that to be a fact. But it is a fact that you didn't want or like black people moving into your neighborhood. The only thing black people bring is armed robbery and shoplifting. You need a whites only policy to make you happy.

Look.........I happen to live in one of those neighborhoods. Before blacks moved in, we had some of the largest malls at the time, and more businesses knocking on the door to get in. The largest in the country was a place called Randall Park Mall, which is about ten minutes from my home. It closed down years ago even though it opened up in the mid 70's. Another is Southgate Park Mall which is still open, but half abandoned and has been for many years as well

Malls started closing in mid-2000. Let's blame the invasion of Iraq shall we.

I have yet to find a report on how the hundreds of closed Malls across the nation was caused by black people moving into the neighborhood forcing a Mall to close.

Just think Ray - one cited reason is the widening wealth gap.

Without a doubt the last several years have done some damage to brick and mortar stores, however I was speaking long before most had the internet.

The sad part is the internet will do even more damage which is where that estimate comes from.

My sister for instance started to do most of her Christmas shopping on the internet two years ago. Besides identity theft, she always feared people stealing her packages before she got home; it's still a fear many have.

The greater Cleveland area is divided into two parts: the east and the west. Most of the blacks live on the east side although they are migrating to the west because they closed damn near everything down. The only real shopping centers or major stores we have on the east side are the upper suburbs which don't have many black people in them.

So if you want to do any shopping, you need to go far east or the other side of town.

In most cases, stores will not come out out and blame theft alone for their problems. But if you have a police scanner or listen to one on the internet, you are fully aware of the problems stores face. That's besides local newspapers where they have a police section giving details of some of the crime in the area.

You can believe what you want. But making things up in your head and actually living in reality are two different things. I applied for a home equity loan two years ago. My property is worth half of what it was than when I purchased it (when it was white) 25 years ago. And no, it's not just my property, but every property in this suburb.

25 years ago you could walk our streets day or night with no fear. The streets were clean as a whistle and not loaded with garbage as they are today. We had one murder perhaps every 10 or 15 years compared to today where it averages around 3 each year. Property values increased and choices for home ownership were few. Our schools were not only rated the best in the county, but were the safest to attend as well. Because most worked and we had a lot of businesses, the city was flushed with money unlike today where we are in the red and city services cut to the bone. Our police force was one-third the size we have today and they frequently did speed control because they were so bored. People used to obey red lights and you didn't have to worry about being T-boned by an uninsured driver. We had pedestrians who were actually intelligent enough to understand the crosswalk signs. We had forth of July fireworks which they canceled several years ago because you can't assemble any large groups of blacks without it turning into gang fights or riots.

Is that racist enough for you? Because I know how confused leftists get between the words "racist" and "reality."
