Because that's the way our local paper reported it. Of course, the can't report that blacks were the problem, but theft was one of the main elements, and that was never the case when the area was white.

You leftists like to live in a world with rose colored glasses on, but the truth is neighborhoods go down the drain when blacks move in. It's not just stores, it's housing, industry, government, all of it.

However if you ever decided to move here, houses are cheap. There are tons of daycare centers, nail salons, cell phone stores, check cashing places, Goodwill outlets, hair braiding places, and over a dozen dollar stores. In fact our two newest businesses to open up soon are yet another dollar store and a Save-A-Lot grocery store where you won't find many name brand products, but cheap as hell off brands.

It's so interesting reading conservative posts and finding out what I think, fear and hate.

Don't you people discuss issues and in the spirit of bipartisanship strive toward establishing at least one agreeable baseline of fact. (The earth is NOT flat).

I don't fear or hate conservative Christians. Just disappointed that so many Americans have a closed right wing Christian faith based belief system that prevents them from dealing with facts and reality the way that normal thinking people do.
