This black out of hollywood have been going on forever. Unless you have some top name, such as Smith, Freeman, etc....you were just an extra or shut out completely. Knowing this, did anyone step up to the plate and try to resolve this....by, lets say, owning your own studio? Writing and producing your own work and going independent? Did anyone speak up prior and suggest a boycott of Hollywood?

We can line that up too. Show us some scripts. We might invest with you. Who know...your studio might become the best. Go be the star.

Or.....you can put on a tux...go get your ass kissed by the Oscars...play a minor role....then sit in Row 23 as they award their usual white friends. That's your place with them remember? Oh they love you!!! Just stay where they want you.
