Furthermore China is not an aggressor state like, Israel, NATO or the USA. Their sole conviction is to defend China - therefore their Access Denial Strategy, and not world dominance through wars and regime changes via military actions.

That does not include or behold that any nation would refrain from using proxies, or "indirect support". The latter means, no military action involving own military to directly attack an adversary.
