Back blew out on me last. Was just walking towards the kitchen when it happened. Dropped me to my knees for several minutes. Wife and I each have the same prescription. Hers for hand tremors she inherited from her mom . So I took 1 of hers. Threw down an oxycodone for the pain.

I suggest if you want a good remedy for pain

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings but I just got word from her husband that Foxfyre, Linda passed away on March the 5th. That is all I know at this time.
God bless Foxfyre .. Linda .. she will certainly be missed, truly a grand, kind and brilliant Lady and so easy to love ❤️
The USMB will never be the same
without her yet I and others will always feel her presence I'm thinking.

Well, I know one thing for sure, this Coffee Shop will stay open in her honor. I could let down my guard here and she was always welcoming me. She reminded me so much of my grandmother.

I regret I couldn't come here more frequently, but that will change. I don't know who she wanted to entrust this thread to, but I'll maintain my presence here and try to keep it going in her stead.

I'm sitting down to read my grandmother's Bible, the one passed down to me, and hopefully there will be something comforting there as I read.

Fox would want us to continue on, in the spirit of what made this thread so endearing to all of us.

Now, let's all tidy this place up and pour out a cuppa for Fox.

A toast,

To Linda, aka Foxfyre.
