Well, most of it would be pushed outward, sideways and some of it downward, allowing a little of that above to fall in. Then the entry path would be fractured, pulverized, broken and partly dissipated making room for yet deeper penetration.

Remember, once the upper bunker roof is violated, the bomb explosion mostly meets fairly ordinary and minimal resistance within the structure itself and will seek the path of least resistance, which will be the ventilation pathways allowing fresh air to be brought in and the ingress and egress tunnels.
