Extremely Low Frequency waves have almost no energy capacity.
They do nothing.
Air blast is what one feels when knocked down, but there can be no air blast from an under ground bunker buster.
The bunker busters never got deep enough to allow air burst into the actual chambers.

And earthquake is sideways movement, that is a conflict between inertia and acceleration, that can be as much as 5' of movement. There is nothing remotely like that with a bunker buster explosion. The vibrations would be infinitesimally tiny. Less than a hundredth of a centimeter.

We never tried to force the installation of our puppet dictator on Japan.
I think the US caused the war with Japan by our illegal economic sanctions, but Japan and the US worked out compromises where Japan sees us as good customers for their goods.
And we never attacked them again after the war.
But we continually not only attack Iran, but all of its neighbors.
So Iran has good reason to be wary of the US aggression.
We are still imposing the same illegal economic sanctions on Iran that caused WWII with Japan.
So we are still the bad guy.

The max depth of bunker busters in rock or concrete is 130'.
So there is no way it could have effected the enrichment labs, except if they did not provide multiple entrances. Since all we attacked was the main entrance.

Anything under there is FUCKED PROPER.

If 360,000 pounds were to explode on the ground, you would have to be 23,000 feet away to avoid fragmentation.
