The answer to this new one is, can't happen, Iran has no ships, if they do, they will be sunk before doing any damage.

No, they can't. First of all, Iran never supported Chechen terrorists. Second, and more importantly, after the years of systematic work, Chechnya became one of the safest, most pro-Russian and pro-government regions in the Russian Federation. Third, there is selling and there is "selling".
Anyway, according to the task conditions, practically one thing you are certain about, is that there was underground nuclear burst in Iran. What would be your next moves?
