Trump Removed from Maine Primary Ballot

Great example of what I'm talking about

In an alternate universe somewhere, Donald Trump, fresh off his coup attempt that sought to end the 237-year-old republic, is disgraced and gone from politics forever, banished by his own party for what he did long before the legal system could catch up with him.
In our universe, though, the former president not only remains un-banished by Republicans, but has tightened his grip on the party even further, easily shaking off nearly a dozen rivals, and is now on the cusp of clinching the presidential nomination.

“Vladimir Putin looked at Donald Trump and thought, this is a weak man who will do anything for power, and Donald Trump looked at the Republican Party and thought, these are weak men and women who will do anything for power,” said Stuart Stevens, a Republican strategist with decades of experience on presidential campaigns. “And they were both right.”

The moment that crystalized the asymmetrical nature of the primary came late in the first Republican debate last August, when the Fox News hosts asked how many of the eight candidates on stage would support Donald Trump as the nominee even if he was by then a convicted felon.
Six of the eight signaled that, yes, they would — including Haley, the only one to outlast her rivals and earn, but eventually lose, a one-on-one race against Trump.
If Haley and the other five had intended to ever use Trump’s criminal prosecutions against him in the race, that possibility effectively evaporated with the raising of their hands.

McConnell in particular, Carpenter said, had in his hands the power to end Trump’s threat to the country by voting to convict him. He would easily have moved 10 other Republican senators with him, and Trump would have been barred from federal office forever.
“If 17 Republicans had convicted him, we wouldn’t be having this problem,” Carpenter said. “Mitch McConnell was not willing to risk the chance for a Senate majority to do that. And now here we are.”
well then you talking about one persons opinion and nothing more than that.
Seriously.. WAPO? WAPO and NYT got the Pulitzer prize for the story on Trump Russian Collusion which turned out to be bunk.
Truth be told it was Hillary Colluding...

He will be convicted of lying to the FBI. Even his employees are going to testify how he had them hiding classified documents. They don't want to get in trouble.

And even Trump own lawyers have to testify against him. Because he lied to them and in turn they lied to the FBI. Either they lied or he lied. So the secret service and lawyers aren't going down for Trump.

And what about his lawyer Sidney Powell found guilty?

Isn't it funny all these people who work for Trump are found guilty but Trump never is? He sent Sidney Powell to hack into voting machines.

And isn't hiring illegals a crime? We know he did this even without being convicted because he got rid of them half way through his presidency because the story was about to break.

RICO laws. State charges. He can't get himself out of those only Federal ones. LOVE IT!
He will be convicted of nothing.

The RiCO case is going nowhere, now that the public has seen it was based on a corrupt DA.

Trump will be your next President

It wasn't bunk. In fact Trump really obstructed the investigation. Why if he had nothing to hide? Earlier I was talking about transparency and the Mueller investigation proved Trump was not transparent from the get go.

Trump to this day is colluding with Russia. But like everything Trump does, he has someone else deliver the message. Trump will never take the fall.

We were just talking about his lawyer Sidney Powell who's plead guilty to charges. And then there's Michael Cohen. So all of these Trump lawyers are guilty of committing crimes but they aren't for Trump? Bullshit!

You must be just like Russians who love Putin no matter what.

Hole, let's set the record straight.

Trump formally called on the board to take back the prizes in October, saying the coverage amounted to “false reporting of a non-existent link between the Kremlin and the Trump Campaign.”

Special counsel Robert Mueller and his team of investigators found no evidence of Trump Campaign conspiring with Moscow.

ABA finds No Collusion with Trump Campaign and Russia

Take the loss and own up. You are wrong

Truth be told Hillary colluded with the Russians

Hillary Clinton’s Russia Collusion Scheme The dirty tricks to stop Donald Trump haven’t ceased.

Just imagine the coup when we bring our 450 million guns in January.

Sort of like how officially Bush didn't lie us into Iraq.

You call it whatever you want. I want to tell you. They lied. They said there were weapons of mass destruction; there were none. And they knew there were none. There were no weapons of mass destruction.
As for his 2008 comments, Trump said of Bush in an interview with CNN, “He lied. He got us into the war with lies.” Wolf Blitzer, host of CNN’s “The Situation Room,” pushed back, saying Bush administration officials argue that the intelligence they received was wrong — not that they lied. “I don’t believe that,” Trump responded.

Trump: Well, he lied. He got us into the war with lies. And, I mean, look at the trouble Bill Clinton got into with something that was totally unimportant. And they tried to impeach him, which was nonsense. And, yet, Bush got us into this horrible war with lies, by lying, by saying they had weapons of mass destruction, by saying all sorts of things that turned out not to be true.

Blitzer: Their argument is, they weren’t lying, that that was the intelligence that he was presented, and it was not as if he was just lying about it.

Trump: I don’t believe that.

Blitzer: You believe that it was a deliberate lie?

Trump: I don’t believe it. And I don’t think you believe it either, Wolf. You are a very, very intelligent young man. I don’t think you believe it either.

trump was spot on.

he did. he lied. all of them did, every politician who voted to go to war with Iraq. Including Bush.
No Bush lied to those politicians. Solely on him and Chaney. So fuck off.

This reminds me of how just recently Republicans put all their hopes on some Russian who made shit up about Hunter and Joe and now Republicans impeachment on Biden is up in smoke. Because you rely on sources with no credibility.

And the guy on Fox News who put all his hopes on that Russian liar didn't even apologize for being COMPLETELY wrong. Saw it on the Daily Show. They constantly show what liars Republicans are. You should watch

trump was spot on.
That's how he duped people into voting for him. He said what no Republican would dare to say. He was the RINO. All the real republicans were covering for George much like they now provide Trump cover. No difference.
