MORE WINNING for Trump! Supreme Court indicates they will keep Trump on 2024 Ballot!

He hasn't been convicted of Insurrection

so I don't see how ANY of the scotus can go along with the liberal BS on this
The argument of whether he did or did not engage in the insurrection was not part of the Supreme Court justice's questioning or concern.

They were concerned with if a president did participate or engage in an insurrection, who would determine that, so that all states could be on the same page....

Instead of it being Willy nilly, and concern that one state making that determination could...if a large electoral college state, determine the final outcome of the electoral college vote...for all the other states, just by that 1 state's decision to disqualify.

This was a concern by all 9 justices, so it appears Colorado will be over ruled, in my humble opinion.

What insurrection?
a. A conspiracy to defraud the United States by using dishonesty, fraud, and deceit to impair, obstruct, and defeat the lawful federal government function by which the results of the presidential election are collected, counted, and certified by the federal government, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371;

b. A conspiracy to corruptly obstruct and impede the January 6 congressional proceeding at which the collected results of the presidential election are counted and certified ("the certification proceeding"), in violation of 18U.S.C. § 1512(k);and

c. A conspiracy against the right to vote and to have one's vote counted, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 241.

None of which was planned or intended by the organized rally on January 6.
