Do you have any idea on how many law suits are filed against wealthy people everyday?....most of which are frivolous and eventually settled out of court for money.....which does not reflect guilt nor innocence.....Tsk tsk should have got him back then...the statute of limitations will run out during Trumps second term............prior to his election as President
They did get him before the election. Trump lost or "settled" nearly all of them, including the Trump University class action fraud suit. He paid $25 million on that one.
He was sued rather than charged for his frauds and semi-legal/illegal business practices, but his shady business practices lead him to being blacklisted by American banks. American banks stopped lending to Trump in the 1990's after he bragged about all of the money he made on his casino bankruptcies.
Trump's Deutchebank loans are said to be guaranteed from on high which is why Trump is fighting so hard not to let Congress get their hands on them. That and Deutches Banke said he's only worth about $330 million. Past employees are the sources for these leaks, but we need the bank records to know for sure.
Trump won't have a second term. After he leaves office, he's going to be spending a lot of time and his own damn money being pursued by the Department of Justice.
