They will define exactly what Presidential immunity is and what is covered and then send it back to the courts to determine if Trump's actions are covered or not. Some may be but some will not. There will be no blanket immunity given. In my legal opinion (I'm not a lawyer).

Any Lawyer just has to stand up and say, if a President kills all the Supreme Court Justices (come by a strange accident or force them to resign), then do the same in the Senate (to point of a massive majority), the President can have a super compliant Supreme Court which could rule that he is President for life (i.e. Dictator)...
He then does the same in Congress. He doesn't need kill, simple intimidation like in Russia works best.. Doesn't matter if he looses, just change the result fraudulently and you have immunity.

I don't think these Judges get it... Thomas is hopeless and I am not expecting much, but the others have to opportunity to severe the cancer.

Nope. That's not what is in play here. It's important to understand what immunity is and what it entails. It is useful for bringing things to light and protecting legitimate assets, and like everything else under the sun can be used wisely and also be used very effectively by corrupt forces, of which we are saddled with today. It was in theory responsible for the SCOTUS judges being appointed for life, reasoning that it would relieve them from fear of political influence with changes in government. You can see how that worked out. The same thinking was the creation of the Federal Reserve, to separate the money supply from governmental influence, with the results we live with today. Even Congressional members have limited immunity such as being arrested going to vote, which has been abused at times. What this debate is about is can any dirt dug up on the President be used to influence them or remove them from office, or possibly jail them. That he spooks have dirt on candidates or incumbents can't be disputed, what is in dispute I'd how it can be best used to control them. Think about the removal of Nixon if you want a reference point for motivation. Very slippery slope. it is about control, and nothing to do with right or wrong, that ship sailed a long time ago. They are the one's who are creating this whole idea that the nation wants a dictator, and it's because they have destroyed everything normal in favor of their agenda's. So now they fear us wanting to empower Trump as a dictator to bring swift justice against them. Oh it's going to be justice alright, and it won't need a dictator to bring it. They've brought it upon themselves. All that is needed is to restore the constitution, our law and order, and they are screwed.
