Time to kick Bachmann out of the intelligence committee.

I would agree that Bachmann isn't exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer, but you can hardly claim that obama or any of his minions aren't radicals themselves.......they clearly are. Liberals always want their cake and eat it, too. If you expect conservatives to act responsibly, then I would strongly suggest that liberals begin to do the same.

Obama is no radical.

Nothing he's done..and I mean absolutely nothing, has been at all radical.

The "Bush Doctrine" was radical.

It was something never before done by this country. Ever.

You spout complete and utter nonsense.....obama is the most radical president in our history, and surrounds himself with nothing but radicals.

Except, of course, that he's not radical at all, and there are no radicals surrounding him.

Please lay off the bath salts, child, and stop making statements you're too stupid to actually back up.

This woman should be no where near sensitive government material.

Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) barely survived a Democratic challenge in November, despite a massive cash and spending advantage. Last week, however, Bachmann was back to business as usual, mounting another effort to repeal Obamacare before proudly announcing that she'd been reappointed to a key position on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

The committee decision by House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) was particularly upsetting for People for the American Way, a liberal advocacy group and ardent Bachmann foe, which found the appointment an "outrage" in light of the Minnesota Republican's controversial crusade against Muslim members of President Barack Obama's administration last year.

"While Rep. Bachmann’s Islamophobic fear mongering is a hit in conspiratorial right-wing circles, it’s beneath the level of discourse Americans should expect from members of Congress," Ben Betz of PFAW said in an email to supporters on Tuesday. "And her views are nothing short of terrifying for someone sitting on the powerful Intelligence Committee."
Michele Bachmann Intelligence Committee Reappointment Draws Petition From PFAW

It's high time Republicans started acting responsibly at least where national security is concerned.

This woman is a dangerous radical with shit for brains.

Would you agree that 51% of the vote is barely surviving?

bachmann won by about 4,000 votes. and in her case, her opponent got almost 50%. it wasn't 52 to 47

don't try to draw silly analogies.

Even a single vote is not "barely surviving". It is a victory... or a defeat.

Each and every one of us in the U.S. has the power of the single vote. Yet, so few exercise it.

Sure, if 49% of the vote then is not surviving.

Bachmann is rallying the weirdos early for 2014. She has to, if she doesn't want to slip under 50% in 2014. As the TeaPM slips grows in unpopularity, she will become even more desperate.

Just like a liberal.......they can't stand having anyone criticize their pathetic excuse of a president.

"winning" the white house by approx 3% of the vote isn't a huge victory, either.

gwennie, you sound silly, you know that? Grow up.

Feeling sorry for the occupiers, are you???

No more than for the TeaPMs. Both groups are dopes.

At least the tea partiers weren't pissing on police cars, defecating in public, raping women, using drugs, assaulting people, breaking into businesses and preventing business owners from getting into their businesses, etc..... Yea, boy, those tea partiers sure were a criminal bunch! Good God.....

Well go for it.

Because what I posted is not nonsense..it's history.

For the first time in history the US waged a war of choice.

That's basically what radical means. Doing something that's without precedence and doesn't seem part of the evolutionary scope. It means far outside the norm.

Go.

Now.

Do it.

You are making absolutely no sense at all....

OH. My. God. LOLberals are outraged at the appointment of a conservative.

News at 11.

I think most people- not just liberals- are horrified about Bachmann and her brand of crazy.

well tough shit, we have to put with Democrats brand of CRAZIES..and the fact you people put in a JUNIOR FRIKKEN SENATOR community agitator in charge of our intelligence, our military, and our country..

And he's done a fine job with the horrid mess Bush left him.

We are out of Bush's foolish wars, the markets have bounced back and we are recovering from the worst recession in 80 years.

And you're stuck with Obama for four years. Deal with it.

Bachmann's probably gone in two... or less.

lol, Fine job...four years of 8% unemployment, exploding welfare, 5 trillion in more dept, credit downgraded, acts like a thug dictator...
But what should we expect you put a JUNIOR SENATOR in as President

YOu mean "dept" from Bush's wars and tax breaks for rich assholes? That "dept".

How come it is that you seem to want to turn every discussion into either a rant about abortion or a rant about Obama?

Do try to stay on point, 'kay?

Bachmann and "intelligence" really shouldn't be put together in the same sentence. But I guess ALL segments deserve representation - even idiots. And it's up to those who elected her to decide when they've had enough.

You sound like a spoiled teenager. Yes, TeaPMs threatened others and disrupted Town Hall Meetings. We told our TeaP members in our little county seat that matters would be civil and all would be allowed to speak but that no shouting or threatening language would be allowed. Three were led out and detained, taken in front of the local magistrate, and put under bond to maintain the peace. So don't do this "we are peaceful" but "they are awful." Facts counter your statement.

What I did like about both movements is that they are populist in concern, concerned about political and corporate corruption. I am hoping they mutate into better directed and organized movements by 2014.
