Zone1 The unconditional covenant God made with the Jews (AKA Israelites/Hebrews including converts, excluding Arabs)

God has been dealing with them since He became friends with Abraham. They drive Him nuts. And His punishment isn't a time-out in the corner. Slavery for 70 years wouldn't be my first choice of chastisement. On the other hand, there are times when the Jews brought about their own punishment and God allowed it.
It is stunning to know that before this is all over, 1/3 of the Jews will die, and of the remnant that remains, 1/3 of them will die also. But God will salvage members from all the tribes to carry on at His discretion, as He promised.
Every bit of it in God's hands, and He has even told us the particulars of the end time events. Every bit of it is by His will.

I wouldn't presume to tell God what I think He should do with the Jews or their enemies. My role in the mess is clearly defined. Pray for peace in Israel. And if I do, then, I can look forward to this:
I will bless them that bless you and curse those who curse you.
They are cursing themselves.

They are cursing themselves.
They do that often. Remember what they were up to while Moses was on the mountain with God? Remember what they said when they were offered Jesus or Barabbas to be set free? They cursed their own children! Then there was that issue with God's Son. And as always, God deals with their behavior. And has never needed to ask a Gentile our opinion on the matters.
God's forgiveness trumps their sinning, just like it trumps ours. His mercy and grace endures. If it didn't, we'd all be in trouble, not just the Jews. We can't disallow the Jews to experience the same favor that we embrace...

They may have missed the first hour of their visitation, but they surely aren't going to miss the next one.

Psalms 121:4-5 He will never slumber nor sleep; he is the Guardian-God for his people, Israel. YAHWEH himself will watch over you; he’s always at your side to shelter you safely in his presence.

He's got this, Ding...
