Hispanic and Black Americans really should be conservatives. Ask most of them how they feel about the economy, Christians, big government, and national defense, and they will agree with a conservative much more than a typical white liberal. I also think that they don't give a crap about important Democratic issues such as the "moral and sexual revolutions," socialism, or climate change. The main difference is that there is a misconception that Democrats are the party for minorities just because the Dems throw them a bone every once in a while to keep their votes. The Dems are also quick to constantly call Republicans racists, Nazis, and KKK members, which promotes the aforementioned message, but it's all nonsense. I believe that we can turn the message around and recruit the Black and Latino community back to voting Republican. It's going to be hard since the media outside of Fox news is just an arm of the Democratic Party, and I don't believe that minorities watch much Fox News, but Donald Trump just got elected despite the media, and that's encouraging.

The "rapist" comments that the media and the left love to sound bite were taken out of context. It didn't sound good, and Hispanic people were insulted. If the media didn't constantly repeat those comments out of context over and over and over, I don't even think it would've been much of an issue because he never called all Latino Americans "rapists." That's ridiculous. The rest of that article is politically correct garbage that thin-skinned white people get upset about on the behalf of minorities, so spare me.

The left has been completely out of touch with normal Americans for decades. They have been legislating against the will of the people for at least that long, trying to turn medicine, local zoning, and even light-bulb regulation over to big government, pushing socialism, you name it - all the things normal Americans don't want.

They were informed how the American people feel about that on Nov. 8, 2016.

But they are so far out of touch, they still want to believe it was because they didn't try hard ENOUGH to spread their leftist message.

I agree. The real leftist message of socialism, climate change, and anti-traditional American/Christian values are only supported by young naive millennials who don't vote and upper-middle to upper class white liberals who sit at home drinking wine and complaining about how racist everyone else with their other white liberal friends; however, because of the media's successful propaganda campaign, you would think that approximately 50% of the people feel that way.

This is what drives me crazy. I went to a Halloween party two weeks ago. The guests were 100% upper middle class white people, and there were probably 10-15 couples there from ages of mid-30s to mid-40s. The theme of the night was to try and 1-up a ridiculous liberal statement with a more ridiculous liberal statement to sound "cool." By the end of the night, people were ashamed to be white and diversity was probably the greatest thing ever. Everyone wanted more diversity for their kid's schools.

The fact is that in our city, you can send your kids to any school. All you have to do is apply to go to a school outside of your school zone. There are plenty of schools that offer plenty of diversity, yet all of the kids at this party either go the local mostly white public school or go to private school. I think it's also funny that these people would not dare go to a fast food or any other type of restaurant, grocery store, shopping mall, or hospital where there might be an actual diverse crowd present. This baffles me and strengthens my resolve that the left has lost all touch with reality and that minorities are being played.
