The Constitution doesn't have Indiana by the balls at all. And public opinion be damned because the media is ******* flat out lying that this is a bill that allows businesses to discriminate.

This law has been on the books since Cuomo co sponsored it and Clinton signed it in 1993.

The SCOTUS upped the ante for the new bills with the Holly Lobby decision.
