The reason for this crazy belief is because most of congress is robbing us blind and is being blackmailed by leftists who hate America.

Plenty of countries can throw you in jail and hold you with no charges for basically ever. Does that mean the US government can too? That one country can do something within their government system has nothing to do with what the US government can do.

This ruling (and others like it) are a predictable outcome of administrations (not just Trump) who are unwilling to do the hard work of governing which includes working within the system.

When your congress is corrupt....nothing gets thru that the Deep State doesn't want to get thru......so the hard work is signing EOs and waiting for all of the despicably predictable lawsuits to get filed by the Swamp.

What would likely happen next (procedural outline):
