Tariff ruling.

mudwhistle I know you are sad and ranting like Trump but read the words of Gorsuch. They were written specifically for you:

STFU liar.

"Excellent"?

Kavanaugh argued we couldn't over ride Trump's actions because they were going to be hard and messy to undo. Not that the were legal or justifiable but that it was going to be messy to undo them.

Hardly an excellent argument.

STFU liar.

What's so funny, **********?

I just handed you your ass.

NAFTA was a bad deal for America.

Plain and simple.

That's why Canadians don't like us backing out of it.

Um, Trump cancelled NAFTA.

Then he signed the USMCA. Which is pretty much identical to NAFTA except Trump is like a cat that has to piss on everything to mark his territory.

So Trump is violating the very agreement he negotiated and signed.

He also stated that whoever it was that signed USMCA had to be an idiot.

"Let’s be clear: the Court did not rule against this Administration’s tariffs. It only said IEEPA can’t be used to raise revenue. We will immediately shift to other proven authorities—Sections 232, 301, and 122—to keep our tariff strategy strong."

Trump is whining and flailing about in his putrid tariff cesspool, lashing out because coequal branches of government are being mean to him by evoking the United States Constitution, and by showing no interest in legislating his unpopular addd costs. He mewls "unpatriotic!" for their allegiance to the nation, rather than to a fat-assed felon.

He attempted to circumvent the law of the land because Republicans in Congress are aware that voters overwhelmingly oppose the Trump Tax, 90% of his added cost bing paid by American consumers. He knows that elected Republicans will no longer kowtow to his demands with elections in the offing and his dismal numbers to bear.

He rants of his appointed justices being "disloyal" as if submission to his whims supersedes constitutional fidelity.

He may as well just vent in a primal scream Tuesday evening. It would be more coherent than his anticipated tantrum.

LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!

Trump is so happy that the Deep Staters in the SCOTUS have exposed themselves.

Now he's just going to Plan B and going to hammer the **** out of whomever he wants to just to spite 6 backstabbing anti-America assholes in robes.

So you just proved He's not controlling the government through authoritariansm.

Still. The answer isn’t having a president do unpopular things that are illegal. The answer is for congress to work for our best interest. That’s the way it works. You magas thought you could elect Trump to do your will. **** you. He has to work with people that don’t think like you and compromise. Otherwise you get what you have… an administration that does nothing lasting with all his EOs unwound on day one of the next administration. Grow up maga.
No ... **** YOU. YOU grow up. Stop being a little leftist child with your silly hatred for Trump.
The current Democrat Party is completely beyond the ability to even consider compromises with the GOP.
In Trump's first term, he was willing to work things out but after getting stabbed in the back, sued, charged with fake crimes and even shot, he's had enough of that shit.
Your party is out of control. It is neo-communist and essentially run and funded by thugs. It's not going to end well for your party.

The SCOTUS ruling was not only about tariffs. It was about the court telling Trump that he needs to follow the law of the land which is The Constitution, which he violated with those tariffs. There is no language, not one sentence in that document that says a POTUS can impose tariffs under any circumstance without Congress' approval.

Trump is not an Emperor is the message that SCOTUS gave to Trump today & if he doesn't like it that's his problem.

The People won today not Emperor wannabe Trump.
If Trump were truly a fascist or emperor or dictator, would he abide by the ruling like he's doing? No. He accepted it, and he will find alternatives.

You people need to apologize for your Hitler rhetoric. Now.

He is not succeeding in controlling the government in our nation of laws, not of men.
He is not succeeding at much:
His defacing public property with his name seems to afford him great joy, however.

We have been reminded of the patriotic duty not to follow illegal orders.

His tantrums will have to do.

Trump’s approval has been sliding steadily since the start of his second term, with recent surveys showing him deeply underwater across multiple polling firms at the same time.

The orange piece of feces will keep trying to make us pay more for everything.
It's got to be a mind virus you people suffer from...

I'm sure you think $5 per gallon gas was great,
A trip to the grocery store for two people was costing near $300 per week,
Durable goods nearly doubled, as did every service needed to maintain a house.

These things were a result of the Biden administration.

The orange piece of feces will keep trying to make us pay more for everything.
That was Biden and his "Bidenflation" that cost US families about $2,000 a year in lost buying power.
Trump is letting US families gain about $2,000 a year in buying power, so your lies are obvious.
