Morty, all of these sundry conflicts around the globe over the past year by the USA from Greenland to Panama, from Cuba and Venezuela to Iran have really been about their effect on China, offsetting various global transgressions the chinese have been quietly perpetrating for years, globally realigning the USA is the military/industrial hegemony.
Trump is looking 10-25 years into the future for America and not just our immediate needs or situation.
