I'm not anti big corporation. I've used Amazon a lot. They helped me grow my business.
When I had my shop in town, my parts suppliers were assholes and slow.
But I could get OEM parts from Amazon the next day. Plus their streaming platform is great.

I don't care for Bezos politics. In fact, I don't even know what his politics is. Or care, for that matter.

Yeah, the CEOs have a legal, fiduciary responsibility to maximize shareholder value. That's why they are there. That is the very purpose of a corporation.

So if they exercise their fiduciary responsibility and try to get their company's damn money back, it may hurt Trump's feelings and they're now his target.

These lawsuits are designed to prevent Trump from giving American voters a refund and getting them motivated to support his policies and vote in the midterms.

That is my take. Which is why Trump said "they didnt even give direction on what to do with the funds". The S.C does not want to appear to be over reaching and piss off voters when Trump says "the S.C is trying to prevent me from giving Americans a check from the tariffs". The businesses are basically greedy and playing politics.
