Supreme Court Oral Arguments in the Birthright Citizenship Case

I'm guessing you mean the 14th Amendment, specifically.

Maybe you can explain why the 14th Amendment to the "Constitution" doesn't trump the law that says "children of foreign ambassadors are not included or eligible?"
The exception is "under the jurisdiction thereof." Diplomats have immunity.

1.5 million babies born here with help from "birth tourism" companies, mainly in Russia and China. Most modern nations would not, and do not, put up with this. But I guess you love paying all these taxes for illegal babies to have immediate citizenship.

Just to note…

Birth tourism (which I’m against BTW) means the mothers came here legally and the babies aren’t “illegal”.

WTF is wrong with the SCOTUS ?
Those jackasses (some of them) voted to kill the 14th amendment on Police home invasions giving cops the LEGAL RIGHT to enter your homw with no warrant and no probablr cause....

But they have no intention of stopping foreign enemies of American citizens from coming here specifically to drop their loads in order to get free, unearned ILLEGAL citizenship which will give our enemies easy access to everything needed to destroy the nation from within.

The Honorable Justice Thomas is the ONLY thinking person on the SCOTUS. The rest are true enemies of America.
Your government wants you eliminated and gone.
Link to whatever the **** you are jabbering about?

An embassy is the sovereign territory of it's country.
Yeah, but even if the child is born across the street or in the next county over. . . "still not an automatic citizen."

Correct?

Because that diplomat is still under the jurisdiction of his nation's embassy as Admiral said. There are whole books about this stuff.

Where is the above claim found in the Constitution, to support that claim?

The Constitution being the supreme law of the land and all.

You should read the case holdings from the lower courts, if you desire that type of detail, and good for you to want it. :cheers2:

Not one person in this thread has put forth that children born to illegals should be granted citizenship. It's all legalese, while people are truly buckling under this economy. Would be nice if we had a Congress who could get anything done, but instead we can't even get citizenship ID for voting done. So here we are.

15th post
This shit show by the SCOTUS will likely help the GOP in the midterms, either way.

A victory on this issue is warranted and that will create momentum.

A loss on this issue will be a great campaign issue for the GOP to capitalize on the pissed off people who want to fix this shit so even the next fucktarded SCOTUS will get the ******* point.
