For me the answer is an obvious NO. Until a child becomes eighteen they shouldn't be in charge of what they do to their own bodies. Whether it be puberty blockers or tattoos.

Where it’s legal (at least with parental consent), it the minor is almost 18, I say yes.

But otherwise, no.

I get the idea behind it. They all wanted family matching tattoos. Which is pretty cool.
However, they could have waited a bit before permanently coloring their childs body.
