SVD Dragunov. I could have bought one for $800 before that POS Obama put restrictions on Eastern Bloc weapons and ammunition.

I owned one. Had to mount the bayonet to eliminate the barrel whip. 4 inch groups at 100 without, 1.5 inch groups with. I let mine go a few years ago.
