In fact, Obamacare was so bad that there were times that paying the “cash” price for uninsured was cheaper than admitting you had Ocare and got the insurance price.

Here’s what we should do:

1) Set up low-cost clinics that Medicaid and low-income people go to with regular medical problems, requiring a $25 minimum co-pay.

2) If they show up at an ER, the co-pay is $50.

3) Instead of giving $10,000 a year in premium subsidies to insurance companies, give $2400 a year to citizens to help them buy their own plans.

4) Have low-income save for a rainy day. if my grandparents could save money during the Depression by living below their very meager means, people can do the same now.
