What part of small government does this go against....the primary role of government is protecting citizens from other citizens.....enforcing the law......that is a legitimate role of government and is part of small government.....

It may not be as easy as you think. Making it illegal for women to get abortion pits the law against about 50% of the people.

Making it illegal for doctors to preform abortions pits the law against less than .05% of the people.

Its not a question of the right to get one its a question the right to preform one.
