My response ...of course not.....now use this thinking when it comes to the anti gunners calling for suing gun makers.....

CENTENNIAL — The owner of the Aurora movie theater where 12 people were murdered in one of the nation's worst mass shootings is not to blame for the attack, a jury decided Thursday.

The decision is the first in a trial against theater chain Cinemark stemming from the 2012 shooting, which also wounded 70 people. It means that Cinemark will not have to pay money to any of the survivors of the shooting or relatives of those killed in it who filed suit against the company in state court. The victims argued Cinemark's security failings helped enable the attack.

And as we know.....he didn't Cary his guns through an entrance where a metal detector would have been placed...he put the bag at the theater exit door...and went in through the main door.....

The Aurora shooting has a lot of unanswered questions and it reeks of a staged event. It's almost as bad as Sandy Hook. Holmes was unemployed for two months but yet he had enough money to buy ten thousand dollars worth of weapons and ammo? This 24 year old young man had the skill to booby trap his apartment that left law enforcement scratching their heads for two days on how to dismantle it? He allegedly went on a shooting spree but yet he is standing by his car and meekly gives himself up? There are many things that do not add up and it's creepy as hell. He looks like he has been drugged and still under the influence when they took his mugshots. He was arrested wearing a gas mask but it is also reported that another one was found in the theater. Eye witnesses also claim that there were more than one shooter. Another thing that bothers me is that he has brown eyes in on photo and bright blue eyes in another...do they allow inmates to have colored contacts?

I second this. Why should the people in charge of the theater be blamed for what one person decided for themselves to do?
