Court effectively ruled that the Feds, not Texas has the jurisdiction over the fencing. Texas is refusing that order by

1. By continuing to build fencing Feds reject.
2. By blocking Federal agents from doing their job to correct the fencing.

Instead of complaining about poor SCOTUS decisions, Congress would do better to defund the poor decisions that the court makes and that they oppose.

Unfortunately, Congress is derelict and seems to have made a bad habit of kicking their duty over to the court.
