Lawless party

They did nothing of the sort, they just said the injunction against the feds removing the wire is lifted.

Nothing on the merits of the case has been decided yet. Nothing in the lifting of the injunction said Texas has to stop doing anything.
You have to understand that he is reading from a far left rag that is never going to publish the full story and he will willingly go along with it because he wants so badly to believe anything that makes Republicans look bad.
in fact the ruling allowed BP to cut the wire after a lower court had placed an injunction against it. The SC said that BP had to be allowed access to the border. Since they can access that area from the river they really do not need to cut wire unless it is a dire emergency. Texas was not told by any court that they had to stop putting up wire. So you are completely correct.

...I want you Republicans to get behind LAWFUL GOVERNING, instead of red meat feeding politico bullshit schemes.

Crazy I know.
Texas has taken in 8 million immigrants.

New York cries when they get a few thousand.

Go f#ck yourself.

Texas requires representation, not abuse.

And in case you had not noticed, no one gives a damn about the 9 black robes.

No one is impressed by what the partisan stooges have to say about it.

U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Joe Biden by declaring that Texas went outside its jurisdiction by erecting makeshift concertina wire fences along the Rio Grande section of the U.S.-Mexico border, effectively preventing the U.S. border patrol from doing their job. Texas has continued building new wire barriers since that ruling.

At least 25 Republican governors have declared their support for Abbott, including Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, and Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon.

So there we have it - Republicans who previously called themselves the party of Law and Order...have now degenerated to supporting refusing SCOTUS court orders to score political points with their rabid base.

I guess that goes hand in hand with 2/3s of Republicans being behind putting into White House a twice impeached fraudster indicted on 90+ criminal charges.
Republicans swear by the Constitution but are willing to “terminate” it when it meets their needs

Liberal means "without restraint", lawless.

The COURTS are in charge of determining what is against the law and what is not.

You claiming that the feds are doing something against the law at the border is just some bullshit in your head, with no serious legal backing, which is exactly why you don't have a court finding to point to.
Texas has every right to defend its border despite what SCOTUS rules.

New York City has taken in more immigrants than any city in the country

I guess anti-American Anton thinks US border laws are being enforced by his DemoFascist Party. We just had over 300,000 UNKNOWN migrants invited into the country by your lawless leaders. Oh wait, you are probably another foreign troll, never mind.

Texas has every right to defend its border despite what SCOTUS rules.

They have a right to ignore the rulings of the highest court if they don't happen to like them?

How exactly do you want Constitution to remain functional by that standard? Any state can simply do whatever the fuck they want and claim some bullshit excuse to refuse SCOTUS rulings and Federal powers?

Exactly.
Texas is being invaded through Mexico.
America is being invaded through Texas.
Both Texas and the U.S. should work together to close the border.

As the majority of immigrants want 'refuge' from economic conditions they will certainly be denied entry as refugees. Allowing them to enter and remain for years before a hearing that would send them packing is absurd.

Go fuck yourself nutbag.

Court effectively ruled that the Feds, not Texas has the jurisdiction over the fencing. Texas is refusing that order by

1. By continuing to build fencing Feds reject.
2. By blocking Federal agents from doing their job to correct the fencing.

BS. Cite court finding.

Section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

Uh oh, Biden and Mayorkas have been derelict in their duties! :omg:

They have not "preserved, protected, and defended" the Constitution of The United States, at all, damn near. In fact they have ignored it and gone against it.

That Sir, is definite grounds for impeachment. However, with the last 3 sham impeachments and the election 10 mos away, I'm not sure it would be a wise idea to do that at this time. Perhaps wait until he leaves office, then strip it all and prosecute him. Or if he doesn't leave office, impeach and prosecute him and every one of his administration involved.
