Judge orders Trump to pay nearly $355 million in civil fraud trial

when charges are dropped because there is no evidence of a crime, the judges are not corrupt, they are honest. The cases you mentioned are all fake, they are nothing but political moves to try to keep Trump from winning in November. And why are the dems and libs so scared of a second Trump term? any idea? because they know that he will expose and prosecute their long term corruption and treason. The fear of conviction is why they are so bent on destroying Trump. Wake up and smell reality.
In all three criminal cases, Grand Juries in Washington D.C, Georgia, and Florida, have determined from the evidence presented that there were crimes committed and evidence pointed to Trump.

Federal judges may dismiss an indictment if unnecessary delays occurred but will not dismiss an indictment for lack of evidence. That can only happen if the defense files a motion before the trial. If a federal judge is going to dismiss an indictment, he or she will do so before scheduling the trial. That time has passed in all these cases. So Trump's defense is trying to delay the trial till after the election. Once Trump is elected he will shutdown the federal cases immediately. The state cases could continue but it is very unlikely a sitting president will be tried and if he is he'll just ignore it.

The only way to insure that Trump faces trial is if those trials occur before the election and that's looking unlikely with the exception of the New York criminal trial.

The evidence is indeed overwhelming. But you don't know what any of it is anyway.

Too bad you couldn't argue why the indictments are bullshit, if your life depended on it.

How frustrating for you.
I am right, you are wrong, that will be proven as these cases play out. stand by to be addressed as LOSER.

These baby tantrums won't help you. And they won't cover for the fact that you have no evidence or argument.

Team Trump just learned that the hard way, in court. Pay attention.

Donald Trump Can't Pay $464 Miilion Bond In NY Civil Fraud Trial.

Former President Donald Trump told a New York State court that obtaining the approximately $464 million needed to meet bond on the appeal of his civil fraud conviction is “a practical impossibility” in a new filing on Monday.

A New York State judge convicted Trump of civil fraud on Feb. 16 for falsifying the business records of his Trump Organization for years. The court ordered Trump to pay $355 million to cover the amount he gained due to his fraud, plus interest. In total, Trump was ordered to pay out more than $464 million.

Trump appealed the decision on Feb. 26. In order for the appeal to move forward, Trump must post bond by providing the court with the full amount owed in judgment.

P01135809 canot pay his bond. A.G. Letitia James can now move on to Seizure of Assets. Trump Tower and Bedminister are up for grabs.

We know Trump needs to win the election to stay out of jail but it now looks like he might be looking at the White House as a new home as the court contemplates seizing his assets.

His problem is that he is NOT running to be president, he running to stay out of jail

As the democratic campaign gains speed, that will become apparent to all Americans. Trump has to win. It is the only way he can escape trial and possibility jail.

IMHO, we have two candidates, neither wanting to run, Trump to avoid trial and/or jail and Biden because he is convicted that he is the only one that stop Trump.

JUST IN: A judge has ordered former President Donald Trump and his companies to pay nearly $355 million in a ruling in the New York civil fraud case. The former president is also barred from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in the state for three years. Trump is expected to appeal the decision. Read the full ruling.

The lawsuit: The judge had already found Trump is liable for fraud in the civil case, but New York Attorney General Letitia James was seeking $370 million in damages. James was also looking to bar Trump from doing business in the state, alleging that the former president, his adult sons and his company defrauded banks and insurance companies by inflating the value of Trump’s assets.

Why it matters: The case is civil, not criminal, but threatens Trump's business in New York. The trial in this case has served as a precursor to the four criminal trials Trump faces this year as he campaigns to regain the presidency.

Wow, that's a pleasant surprise! What do you think"?
/----/ What will James and the judge do about this breaking FRAUD? Got any fake outrage over this?

Jon Stewart is facing online backlash after the comedian opined on air this week that Donald Trump’s civil real estate case for overvaluing his properties was “not victimless” — when it turns out the price of a previous home sale finds Stewart doing the exact same thing, The Post has learned.

In 2014, Stewart sold his 6,280-square-foot Tribeca duplex to financier Parag Pande for $17.5 million . The property’s asking price at that time is not available in listing records.

But according to 2013-2014 assessor records obtained by The Post, the property had the estimated market-value at only $1.882 million. The actual assessor valuation was even lower, at $847,174.

Records also show that Stewart paid significantly lower property taxes, which were calculated based on that assessor valuation price — precisely what he called Trump out for doing in his Monday monologue.

AND HERE IS A REAL VICTIM.
Pande, who purchased the penthouse from Stewart, then resold the property at a nearly 26% loss, according to the Real Deal — at just over $13 million — in 2021.

Pande may have a case for fraud in terms of the sale if he can show that Stewart supplied false legal documents setting "market value" so high when in fact it wasn't. Which is VERY different that say having a $1,000,000 telling the buyer the homes current value is $1,000,000 but telling the buyer that you would sell for no less than $20,000,000 (asking price).

On the other hand you seem to want to leave out the difference with the FPOTUS#45 case as a gotcha.

#1 This is a single transaction, for the New York AG to be involved New York Law 63(12) requires that the subject have shown persistent fraudulent and illegal business practices.

#2 Pande (or the AG in case of #1) in his/her civil suit would have to show that Stewart fraudulently misrepresented the facts in legal documents.

There is nothing illegal (as opposed to morally wrong) with saying "Hey, I have this $1 million dollar home I'll sell to your for $20 million" and someone else saying "I'll take it". That's on the buyer. On the other hand if Stewart falsified appraisals to overvalue the $1 million dollar property then the fraud is on Stewarts part.

Nope.

If Stewart did the same things that FPOTUS#45 did for years.

He should be treated the same.

It's called consistency.

WW
No-one on this planet is "treated" by you communist shit stains worse than Trump.
NO-ONE.
You can twist into a pretzel all you want, but you cannot deny the special "treatment" you Stalinist ASSHOLES dole out towards your Orange nemesis.
