The big difference you have to note is that more than likely a "whites only" establishment would go out of business rapidly. A wedding photographer who only wants to work opposite sex weddings would probably have far less of an issue.

I never said that a notice would be mandated by law. But, in the effort to provide full disclosure and intellectual honesty, those bigots should make an effort.

They have no problem serving other sinners. But homosexuals get singled out. So, to maintain their own dignity while stripping it from others, the bigots should post notice like this:

WE LOVE JESUS CHRIST, THE PRINCE OF PEACE WHO TAUGHT 'DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOLULD HAVE OTHERS DO UNTO YOU. THEREFORE WE REFUSE TO SERVE THE DISGUSTING, SKEEZY QUEERS WHO ARE TRYING TO ACTUALLY GET MARRIED JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER CITIZEN OF THIS NATION!
