The Democratic Party is not Leftish, it's barely progressive, but decidedly centrist .. thus, this is the biggest challenge the Democratic Party has faced from the Left in recent memory. The Left, the real Left, has found it's footing and have put themselves in a position to demand what they want from the party. This is the same Left that Obama and Rahm Emanuel used to laugh at in the White House.

Perhaps the Left has learned something from the Obama expierence .. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Hillary has to stage everything. One reporter on Fox said she was in a restaurant when they staged a photo-op. Everyone in the place was vetted. When Hillary walked in she didn't look at anyone or shake any hands, preferring to stand by herself flanked by big guys in suits. The cameras came in and a guy that looked like a director said for her to begin and the camera lights came on and a big smile flashed across her face. Then she started shaking hands.

Basically....30 percent of the nation is going to vote D regardless.
And...30 percent will vote R......regardless.

That leaves 40 percent up for grabs.

I hope you're not suggesting that Bernie Sanders was electable ,because he just got his ass kicked by the Democrat party and no Republican would have ever voted for him.

In the 2008 Primary Obama won by a mere 41,622 votes, Hillary Clinton has a 3.720,366 vote lead over Sanders and the old fart still hasn't dropped out of this race and endorsed Clinton.
