There is no difference in this sense between the laws of the Russian Federation and the United States. In RF, there is a definition of marriage as the union of a man and a woman, and there is an analogue of the protection of the rights of the 14th amendment, an article of the constitution with the following content:

Article 19

1. All people shall be equal before the law and court.

2. The State shall guarantee the equality of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, regardless of sex, race, nationality, language, origin, property and official status, place of residence, religion, convictions, membership of public associations, and also of other circumstances. All forms of limitations of human rights on social, racial, national, linguistic or religious grounds shall be banned.

3. Man and woman shall enjoy equal rights and freedoms and have equal opportunities to exercise them.(not in US constitution)

The only difference is that the US Supreme Court managed to carry out the scam.

Your thread title is nonsense. Laws in the US have nothing to do with the laws in Russia.

But let me know when the Russian Federation decides to adopt the US Constitution. It would certainly be an improvement for you.

Until then, sit down and STFU.
