I have long Covid, and at least 1 in 5 of you will also.

The most likely explanation is that SARS 2 became SARS2 Covid 19 after they inserted parts of the HIV virus sequence in so called gain of function research .This means that your autoimmune system is depleted and unable to respond against any future pathogen including repeats of the covid virus .

Killer shots will just reinforce and worsen that position by effectively destroying the immunity system . For that same reason plus many extra . Most notably the pure poison Spike Protein .

Whether Chapel Hill, North Carolina was involved in early work as part of the gain of function research, I am not sure .
The brilliant and respected Francis Boyle believed that Wuhan involved Australia as they are reputedly the global experts in this area .
In that case , the likelihood is that the work was done at Pine Gap near Alice Springs and run by the US .

Regardless, standard anti-AIDS treatments are strongly suggested and in your situation I would be researching and talking only to experts to determine best treatments .
IMHO.
@Jikkyleaks is now examining the HIV inserts, though it was posted to USMB the Worobey link to ceolacanths and retroviruses. Recall one of the sequences is an "uncultured marine virus" (USMB search.

The Australian link is E.C. Holmes. His zoonotic crony and co-author is Beijing CDC's Yong-Zhen Zhang, the first Homo sapiens to sequence SARS-Cov-2 at which point he sent the sequence to Holmes for eventual worldwide publication.

The Pine Gap/Alice Springs reference is sans link. This region would implicate E.C. Holmes in knowing about "wobbly possum disease virus" of Australian marsupials, reminiscent of Parkinson's tremors. (USMB search wobbly possum).

You are right .
Quite rightly multivitamins have a very poor press .
Vitamins C , D with zinc and a good anti oxidant NAC , are sufficient for basic detox .
High dosage .

If you have had killer shots see below , though I believe NAC is sufficient , most effective anti-oxidant.
See reference to Shikimic acid .
  1. Nattokinase (proteolytic enzyme) has a history of being used to prevent blood clots by safely dissolving fibrin.
  2. Serrapeptase (proteolytic enzyme) breaks down proteins into smaller particles and is antiinflammatory. It’s wound-healing, reducing fluid and debris accumulation around injured tissue.

My daughter is a charge RT, she sees patients getting diagnosed with RSV as a "general diagnose" without any test done.
You have to understand how the medical establishment works.
Everything is based on codes. If there is no code for a condition, a doctor can't make that diagnoses. Even if they know it isn't right, they may give a similar diagnoses because it works in the system.
Long Covid, unbelievably, isn't in many hospital systems.
Bloomberg News - For long Covid, there is no past, no standards of care, and very little research. So some treatments for long-Covid conditions, even if ordered by a doctor, are being deemed not medically necessary or experimental, prompting insurance companies to deny claims

So doctors don't give them a diagnoses of Long Covid because it hasn't been coded. Insurance companies, always at the ready to not pay bills, use that as a legal reason to deny claims. Doctors know this - so they make a different diagnoses.

I've spent my entire adult life avoiding doctors and hospitals if at all possible. That does not mean I have not seen doctors or haven't been admitted into hospitals for various medical conditions that must have treatment of some kind or death would ensue. The reason for me being like that is because early on in my life I ran into some very incompetent doctors. On the other hand there were occasions where very good doctor or doctors got involved and insured my survival.

Keep in mind doctors are not gods, the majority are very limited in their knowledge and scope and there is no possible way for them to know every aspect of your health, diet, history, habits, etc... or what all is going on in your body. You are your own best advocate and it really is up to each individual to seek the knowledge to care for and understand their conditions whatever those may be. If that is not done you will be stuck with whatever the standard of care is and a lot of guess and by golly going on in those medical professionals minds and sometimes it may just be a what is popular for today's diagnoses.

So best advice is keep researching and looking for answers that may help you.

This is seriously f*cking me up.
Cognitively I am getting worse. Periods of impossibility to concentrate, and seek as little sensory input as possible. Where I don't want to think about anything. VERY much not like me.
I have been noticing here when I read messages I have typed... the sentence structuring/cohesiveness is off. So I come back and fix it.
Pretty nervous about all this. Affecting my job.

Keep in mind - CDC states at least 1 in 5 of you will get long Covid.
I don't have long covid but I do understand that type frustration as I've been having issues that were not properly diagnosed or treated; along the other issues to deal with I have pretty much lost sight in one eye and that makes concentrating on what someone else wrote on the screen a bitch.

For me I look for causes and symptoms after reading through all of the test results from the hospital trip. (I demanded a hard copy of my records when I pissed off a few emergency room bitches and I walked out of the hospital; actually hald wheel half walked as I was in bad shape but would have been much worse if I'd had let them do to me what they all had in mind)
The second I get that tickle in the throat I take a good shot of whiskey and let it sit right at the edge of swallowing.

Usually for 3 to 4 minutes.

Then I pound Vitamin C and take a hot shower.

I already take a steady dose of zinc and vitamin D.
Vitamin C is so good. I used a natural C and Spirulina five times a day along with other goodies when I need to boost everything up. It all seemed to work pretty good a few years ago when I did that for several months before a major surgery as I healed up from that pronto. (just didn't get the other issues dealt with back then in a timely way as each doc specializes and you have to find the right darn specialist to take care)
And I am still being betrayed by the fact that our corporate hospital systems and our government are outright and deliberately ignoring long covid. As far as I know, there is only one hospital in America that has setup facilities and training to deal with it properly. In Europe, they are waaay ahead of us in treating the symptoms. Most hospitals in the U.S. haven't even coded it yet.
In my opinion that is because insurance companies and the hospitals are waiting on the government to say they will pay for it all just like they did with Covid. The shear amount of money that hospitals received from the government for Covid is staggering and was abused like crazy. ($100 Billion)
Meanwhile people with long covid now are going through hell and frustration because doctors have no tools they can use to treat the condition.
My diagnoses is actually listed as "Chronic URI" (Chronic Upper Respiratory Infection) because they don't have a diagnoses code for long covid, so my insurance won't even recognize it.

In order to code it wouldn't they need a true and accurate means of testing for this specific thing? I mean like more than the funky PCR test?

Well now, I don't know. RSV is acute from what I understand--not like mono, or chronic fatigue syndrome. It's a virus--it can be tested. Are they seriously claiming that getting a DIFFERENT virus is a symptom of long Covid? If so, then I really do think they're covering for the vaccines. Because the vaccines negatively impact the immune system--leading to more infections, like RSV.
Part of this trajectory should no leave out cytomegalovirus (CMV) on which Thomas Duncan's ebola med, brincidofovir is based. The phytochemistry link to this pharmacology is the African tree, Pycnanthus spp. (USMB search)

Long covid is the slippery way to say that there has never been an effective vaccine against a coronavirus. Pharma got overconfident in its belief that one size fits all.

For those information-compromised prisoners who are struggling with the possibility of retrovirus inserts in SARS2, or the RGD motif of its spike protein, recalling the flaming zoonoti, Worobey's, link to coelacanth foamy virus (USMB search), there is....

For those struggling with neurological symptoms, the RGD motif on the spike of SARS2 links Parkinson's, here:

badger2 I was looking for something else but this came in search results and it peaked some interest in my head but I just can't concentrate enough at the moment to follow it all the way through. Thought it may interest you or the others who are looking.

Looks to me like since fluoride is being rejected the control freaks are looking for better covert ways to get into peeps heads, dumb down for mass control.

Where a good portion of cancer research money went? Sounds like they were truly trying to help those poor souls get a cure, huh?

This phytochemistry mimics antibodies against the SARS2 spike, so the burden of proof lies on the mafia that is Big Pharma, Fau Chi, Gates, clowns, shamans, and other psychopaths:

We think you're on the right track for the microRNA. We will shortly post more on this.

In the meantime, we recall Navajo ethnobotany that used Mountain Phlox, which chemistry contains halogens, especially, if not mistaken, bromine. So CQ and HCQ link the atomic chemistry for chlorine, here:

Good one as I'd forgot about Quercitin.

I'm working on overcoming a pea size adrenal tumor that has been wiping out my potassium. Oddly enough the blood test did not show a full depletion of potassium because of a condition red blood cells. Only one lab person caught that even though all those test were done within hours of one another. (bad can't recall specific name of it off hand). Just beware test are not always accurate no matter what kind they are.

I have it too, for me it has changed the way I taste things. Many of the things I loved I can no longer because it tastes terrible.

Parents and care givers for vax injured found issues with gut brain axis and treated with pre & probiotics; which they reported in these help groups helped with some issues of the vax injured. Not sure how much it would help the CV victims but I'd think that it would be worth a try.

Among other reasons, gut flora balances (ratios of different bacterial genuses) are very important for pre-Alzheimer's potential. This aryl hydrocarbon link above, extends to Alzheimer's amyloid-beta precursor protein, and by default, (amyloid clots [italics]) and micro-RNA across the BBB:

Thank you for addressing the amyloid issues. I think for anyone who took the jab that should be a long term goal to try and overcome.

There are a multitude of short term things that may help with low blood oxygen that people are dealing with.

Improving air quality in the home in as much as possible. We have finally been able to order everything to build a large air filter system similar to an oxygen concentrator. I'd do the hyperbaric treatments to help clean out toxins if we could afford them. Can't though so will do what we can on a minimal budget. At some point maybe I can afford one of those bubble tents to try out something similar to the hyperbaric. I think it would be great for us since we have both had carbon monoxide poisoning. Apparently from what I have read the purer oxygen under pressure helps push the toxins out of the cells that can't get out any other way.

Vitamin B-12 and folic acid improve blood oxy too. I read years ago vitamin E helps put more oxygen into tissues so lessens the exercise aches; I tried it and it did work for me. I also use Ginger every day as it helps open Bronchial tubes. Rosemary essential oil helps breathing (a few drops in a nebulizer). Also just using a vaporizer with a little salt in the water helps. NAC and other stuff was already mentioned here in this thread (there is a caution on pubmed for taking too much of NAC because of possible liver issues taking too much of it daily.)

Lots of info out there on improving bad lung situations for those needing to learn what they can do for themselves that doctors won't or can't do.
