Extensive antibody profiling and T-cell responses in the individuals who developed postvaccine myocarditis were essentially indistinguishable from those of vaccinated control subjects, despite a modest increase in cytokine production. With regards to this it seems that people who are predisposed or have myocarditi will develop symptoms that may be triggered by one particular vaccination . Early diagnosis is important to prevent long term heart damage. The testing was done on children and young adults.

Myocarditis and pericarditis have rarely been reported

• Most patients with myocarditis or pericarditis who received care responded well to medicine and rest and felt better quickly.
• Patients can usually return to their normal daily activities after their symptoms improve.
• Those who have been diagnosed with myocarditis should consult with their cardiologist (heart doctor) about return to exercise or sports.

So now they know that they have this myocarditis and can seek help at an early stage or seek diagnosis of myocarditis. This will probably be put in the initial screening for the mRNA vaccination. It does not say anything about the other types of vaccinations.
