Some US Citizens are woken up by the Local Muslim calls to pray. But if you don't live in such a city, you won't even give it a second thought. England is already loaded with this problem. What do you intend to do about the efforts by Democrats to work to create Muslim cities in the USA?

I've done a lot of audio engineering in my life: loudspeakers, amplifiers and such.

That is one speaker I'd disappear right fast.

But not before I first back-fed about 600VAC into the wires and blew up the output stage of the driving amp.

for sound to propagate that loud over a given area, it has to be exposed.

None of the parts of a speaker are bulletproof, but hitting the horn will not do the trick.

Then too, like toobfreak indicated, if you can locate the wires, you can take out the amplifier.

Another possible option is RF Jamming.

It does - or rather did. When non-Muslims complained that noise was waking their children, and interfering with adults’ sleep as well, the mayor just made a carve-out to the peace laws to exempt Muslim call to prayer.
