I vote for the person. Not the party. In the elections I voted, the Republican candidate was better than the Democrat one.

You missed an option off -

"Democrat from my grave"
you just inspired my latest meme, thanks!

I vote for the most "decent' and PRO-American person on the ballot.
Don't care what party they are from.

Mostly in the 80's I voted Democrat.

I voted outside independent a few times (write in ballot).

I voted for Trump last 3 elections.......which has nothing to do with him aligning himself with the Republicans.

The ONLY party I consider myself, is the American party.

I vote by mail. In a local election back in 1997 a mistake on the county's part had me casting a provisional ballot. When vote by mail became available I made the switch and now I'm able to confirm the acceptance of my ballot a couple of weeks before election day. For sure I want to avoid another last-minute surprise.

As to who I vote for, if I feel somebody is doing an adequate job then I'll vote to retain them, otherwise my attitude is to give them the boot.

I'm centre Right, so I always vote Right. Labour in the UK have always been historically disastrous, and we're currently witnessing it again, but magnified. Voters never learn.

15th post
In the seventies through the nineties, I voted primarily Democrat.

Since my views of the world have remained quite consistent over the years, I am more likely to vote Republican now.
