Why put the link in your OP that starts at 1 minute into the video? Did you even watch the whole thing? He talks about if you need to cheat to win, you're bad. Well that's what Louisiana did. Cheated, making a black district illegally, to win. Can't do that. I agree with him.

This "brotha" can say what he wants to. The redistricting in LA was drawn along racial lines which is, of course, illegal.

But I expect nothing less out of racist southern democrats.

After all, if you redistrict based on race, I should be able to hire or fire based on race.
