You would be far healthier if this country's health care system is similar to Japan's.It has taken pretty good care of me. I have no complaints. I am still here. I would be dead if I lived in the UK.

Just like the police, fire department, road plow crews.Yes, through taxation from other taxpayers.
I doubt it. I had to have a liver transplant. In a foreign country, that usually doesn't happen. I had two of the leading experts in this country work on me. My Anthem/Blue Cross insurance was worth every dime. My wife got it through her work. You would be far healthier if this country's health care system is similar to Japan's.
It was not supposed to cost much at all. And from my experience I saw no on denied to the emergency room.
Before Obamacare premiums were lowerBecause it did.
Hell, not just Romney in Mass but old Newt wanted something modeled like this back in 2006. Most of the ACA was modeled off both.Funny thing is, the ACA was modeled on a Republican plan.
I think you are the one that is clueless. We HAD a full individual market where people could pick their own insurers and plans - and it cost less. That’s because government wasn’t subsidizing people’s premiums.
But Obamacare wiped that out. Individual plans disappeared.
You leftists are so clueless it’s exasperating to try to educate you.
Before Obamacare premiums were lower
So bronze plans aren't catastrophic enough for you? BTW a few companies did have cat plans but not many took advantage of them. I have no idea if there any today.I never said go without completely. A catastrophic care plan WOULD have taken care of that - but Obamacare wiped them out.
So Obamacare didn’t lower cost,Everything was lower.
That is true. The ACA is health insurance, not healthcare. There is a difference.
Well, when you have to insure someone regardless of pre x and you make all males and old people pay for maternity it is making it more expensive.Kicking all the sick people off insurance will make it cheaper but wind up screwing a ton of Americans who actually need medical care.
We tried it and it was unsustainable.
The ACA isn’t making costs more expensive in the way you think. It’s more expensive because people are actually getting the care they need.
No, it's the law itself.Insurance makes healthcare more expensive.
Yes, bronze plans are esssentially catastrophic care policies - which is why I ended up having to pay all my medical bills - but Obamacare drove premiums up so much that they cost what a “golden” health insurance policy used to.So bronze plans aren't catastrophic enough for you? BTW a few companies did have cat plans but not many took advantage of them. I have no idea if there any today.
Both sides of the isle.It seems to me that our gub'mit, despite it's best intents, fails to see the consequences of their actions no matter how obvious they appear.....~S~
Yup. Obama made people buy insurance coverage on things they’d never need. Of course the policies would cost more.Well, when you have to insure someone regardless of pre x and you make all males and old people pay for maternity it is making it more expensive.
So you admit that Obama’s law made the cost of insurance go up.No, it's the law itself.
Not just him, from 2022-2023…healthcare inflation went from 4.6 to 7.5 percentYes, bronze plans are esssentially catastrophic care policies - which is why I ended up having to pay all my medical bills - but Obamacare drove premiums up so much that they cost what a “golden” health insurance policy used to.
Obama really screwed us.
So Obamacare didn’t lower cost,
The law did nothing to lower the cost of healthcareSo you admit that Obama’s law made the cost of insurance go up.
