Greenland says they don't want to join America

It must really hurt MAGA feelings the rest of the world isn’t ogling the US. They like to think the world worships us because it gives them an undeserved sense of self-importance by extension. The reality must be sobering. Even more sobering considering Trump is president.

They have not yet been offered $100k each yet. That's only $6 billion. Guess how they will vote if there is a referendum about joining the USA and getting lots of cash?

I have no idea. Trump lacks the conviction to actually spell that out, doesn’t he? I guess he’s too much of a pussy to just lay his cards out on the table. He would rather say ambiguous, vague statements to test the waters.
It was one of the lefties on here who said Trump had plans to annex Greenland and I was just asking them what the details of those plans were.

Even if shamelessly bribing them did work, it’s clearly the only thing that would work. Otherwise they don’t see any benefit of becoming a US territory. That’s not some kind of endorsement of the US in general

That's easy..........
As usual, Trump will lie his ass off, claiming there were millions of Greenlanders, greeting his little puppet.
So many, that they had to retreat to a military base.
As conspiracy theories go, little lady, yours are not very entertaining.

Where’s my $100K? I paid taxes; Greenlanders haven’t.

You don't care where your money goes. You advocate resisting cuts to wasteful government spending.

The $100 k per resident (along with paying Denmark billions and perhaps some other stuff) is in exchange for trillions in minerals and ores and increasing national security; it's not a handout. It's to make the deal win-win.

Making a deal win-win is not a bribe; it's business.

A one-time payment? Why would they do that when their mineral wealth, properly tended, will sustain generations?

What Trump has been saying is that he wants the people of Greenland to decide. Maybe that goes beyond what the self-interested prime minister has to say. As with the Panama Canal, Trump will get what he wants, and Greenland will be better for it.
Well they don’t want to join us so…

When was that on the table other than your TDS fever dreams?
Dumbass since Trump put on the table:

"We need Greenland, very importantly, for international security — we have to have Greenland. It's not a question of 'Do you think we can do without it?' We can't," Trump said Friday. "We're not relying on Denmark or anybody else to take care of that situation."

$100k was just a made up example. A one-time payment is probably in the interests of the US, but a share in the mineral rights might naturally be part of the deal, kind of like how the residents of Alaska get some of the oil revenue...

Can you highlight the part where he talks about invading Greenland and taking it by military force? I’m guessing it was right before or after he talked about invading Canada
