For the Democrat Nomination, FiveThirtyEight from 573 polls shows Hillary at 50.3% and Sanders at 38.6%. Doesn't look good for Bernie at the moment.

For the GOP Nomination, FiveThirtyEight from 584 polls shows Trump way ahead at 35.5%, Cruz second at 19.6%, Rubio a close third at 16.4%, with Carson 8.1% and Kasich 7.4% trailing far behind.
National Republican Primary Polls - FiveThirtyEight
Pollster (Huffpo) forecast polls for the General Electoon pulling from 61 polls shows Hillary Beating everyone but Kasich (Kasich 46% to Hillary 43%) and tying Rubio at 47%.
Hillary beats Trump 48% to 43%.
Sanders beats them all except there is insufficient data for a Sanders/Kasich determination.
Sanders beats Trump 51% to 41%.

Please don't respond that these are biased polls as they are aggregates of other polls. FiveThirtyEight shows how they determine a poll's veracity and Huffpo links to the polls it uses. Even FOX News polls have Clinton beating Trump and Huffpo uses that poll.
Things could change, but as of now it looks like a Clinton vs Trump general election with Hillary winning the Presidency.
